Points to Consider
A wet room involves fitting a tray at floor level, so floorboards are removed, and then the whole floor would usually be covered in a non-slip flooring,
A cheaper option is a low profile shower tray (about 2" lip)
We often recommend a largish shower footprint to allow for a permanent tiled seat / fold down seat and/or a wide opening door
Fitting to council houses will require that you first seek permission
We can fit a higher than normal wc (about 2" above the norm)
