Stair Lifts
Stair lifts are extremely reliable these days, and all those available are quite good. I wouldn't bother paying for extra warranties, as we have personnel trained to service most stairlifts for a reasonable amount. The resale value of a stair lift is very low if anything. Straight Stairlifts tend to be very competitive. Anything else will cost a lot more.
